Just when you think you live in the greatest place on earth, someone comes along to pop that bubble. I live in Plano, Texas and have my business based here. It's a great suburb of Dallas with 250,000 people so it's a viable city on it's own. We have great parks, recreation, demographics and progressive business climate.
But some knucklehead had to do a survey on fast food. Who has time for such a thing? Okay, you may be asking who has time to blog about it. I take your point.
Turns out that Plano residents eat more fast food than any other city in the country. How that was determined, I don't know. But here is a link to the article so you can do your own research. What's surprising is that Plano is not the fattest city in America. I guess that's because we work out too. Or maybe because we're running when we're eating that fast food.
It doesn't really matter, I guess. Maybe we're just doing our part to stimulate the economy while also stimulating our appetites as a bonus.

That's an interesting statistic. i wonder how much fast food is consumed per capita to determine this statistic?
I wondered that too. Who collects this kind of data other than the fast food restaurant chains individually?
